The Cure are British post punk (and occasionally pop) band which was formed in 1978. My favourite songs by them are Inbetween Days (which played in The Inbetweeners) and Play For Today.

I found The Cure from the South Park episode Mecha-Streisand, where Robert Smith saves South Park from Mecha-Streisand. I ended up searching up The Cure and fall in love with their music.
